Inside you'll find a layer of our spicy garlic sauce, crispy beef tallow potato crunchies, farm eggs softly scrambled in nutty brown butter and finished with Aleppo-bloomed brown butter and Maldon sea salt, fresh-grated Mimolette, Gouda, and Armenian cheeses, crispy fried ground sujuk, sliced avocado, and our fire-roasted tomatillo salsa, all wrapped in a locally baked Mejorado tortilla and served with a side of tomatillo salsa for dipping.
