“The most literal hole-in-the-wall restaurant I have been to in Los Angeles, with just six or so seats in what looks like more of a small house than a restaurant. They grind their own chicken for the perfect ratio of meat to fat. The seasoning is well-balanced and the kabobs are slowly and very carefully cooked by the owner, making them very moist.”
